CLASS LAYOUT


OPEN STUDIO

One hour of free time in the studio to work on things you've learned in class. No instruction, but a teacher will be present. (No first time students)


INTRO TO POLE

This is where your pole journey begins! This class will introduce you to some pole basics to get you comfortable in the studio, and to see if pole is right for you. You may take this class as many times as you need before moving on.


BEGINNER

This course will teach you all the foundation to build your pole skills on! Basic spins, tricks, walks, along with some flow and floorwork. It is recommended to take this course foir at least 8 to 10 weeks, but you may take it for as long as you need. No students may graduate to Intermediate, without first completing their Beginner Student Check Off list.


INTERMEDIATE

In this level we start to work on more advanced techniques. Intermediate spins, tricks, floorwork, and also introducing combos. Much like Beginner, this level has a Check Off list to graduate to Advanced.


ADVANCED

(COMING IN THE FUTURE)
You guessed it! We are really combining everything we have learned, to start working on advanced tricks, spins, combos, floorwork and more!


CHOREOGRAPHY

**OPEN TO ANY LEVEL STUDENT AND NON POLE STUDENTS**
In this class you will get to learn dance routines that can lead into flow and pole movements. You can expect dance styles such as; Hip-Hop, Street Jazz, and Bourlesque. With a wide variety of styles, your pole routines will have endless possibilities. The routines you learn will allow for self embelishment to truly embrace the individual fluidity that the world of pole is known for.
Attire - Please come to class in whatever is most comfortable to you (no street shoes). Sweats and shirts are welcome, as well as if you wish to have pole attire layered underneath for when we add pole into the routines later in the class.


FLOOR AND FLOW

**MUST BE ENROLLED IN INTRO TO POLE OR HIGHER TO ATTEND**
In this class you will not only learn the mechanics of floorwork and low flow pole, but to also love yourself and embrace your inner vixen while finding your unique fluidity. Movements and techniques will be broken down for you step by step at the beginning of class, and then everything will be put together into a mini routine at the end!
MUST HAVE: -socks -kneepads -normal pole attire *heels are optional but welcome
